Medical Specialty Unit

For some, regaining independence requires long-term rehabilitative care. In addition to having the only ventilator unit between Naples and St. Petersburg, the Harmony Medical Specialty Unit offers the acutely ill a truly individualized continuum of care through each stage of recovery, providing every assistance to ensure that the transition back to independence is smoothly accomplished.

Skilled Nursing Care

At Harmony, those that require long-term care due to illness or age will be cared for with compassion and understanding by our attentive staff. Highly trained professionals, our chief concern is always the well-being, dignity and privacy of every individual for whom we care. We strive to create a family atmosphere, with activities and services that recognize the individual needs of each of our residents.

Harmony Pavilion for Memory Disorders

To meet the needs of those with memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s and dementia, the Harmony Pavilion staff works with each patient’s physician to create an individualized program of care that recognizes and respects their quality of life. And realizing that memory disorders affect not just the patient, but their family as well, we work with each family to address their needs as their loved one receives care.
